INT FC is a collective of like minded International Development professionals dedicated to connecting North American talent with international football opportunities — bridging continents, cultures, and careers.
The Origin
Where It All Began
INT FC was founded by a group of former players, coaches, and trainers who saw a systemic gap: talented North American footballers with the ability to compete abroad, but without the infrastructure to get there.
We built the collective to change that. By combining elite scouting, strategic partnerships with clubs across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, and a player-first philosophy, we are building a true, and transparent, pathway that didn't exist before.
Today, INT FC operates across multiple continents, placing players at every level of the game. Every placement is built on trust, preparation, and a relentless commitment to the player's long-term development.
